Is my file uploaded?
No. The file is opened by your browser on your device. Nothing is sent to Guetix or anyone else.
Which formats are supported?
PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx), CSV/TSV, TXT, Markdown, JSON, HTML (safe sandboxed preview), code files, images, audio and video.
Can it open old .doc, .xls or .ppt files?
Not yet — those are older binary formats. Save them as .docx/.xlsx/.pptx, or open the PDF version.
Is the formatting exactly like Office?
Word shows headings, bold/italic, lists, tables and images; Excel shows every sheet as a grid; PowerPoint opens as a slide viewer with text, images and positions. Charts, SmartArt and advanced effects are not rendered.
Is there a size limit?
Yes, to keep it fast on any device: PDF 100 MB, Word/Excel 30 MB, PowerPoint 50 MB, images 30 MB, text/CSV/JSON 10 MB, HTML 5 MB, audio/video 500 MB. Large tables show the first rows.
